Shout Out to Jeremy
So, let me start off by being a bit cliche and saying, TGIF!
It's Friday, and although the office is a bit quiet today, the technicians sure aren't catching a break. I must give props to our dedicated techs that are working around the clock in order to ensure that our customers are happy, and that their technology isn't failing them. I would like to give special recognition to Jeremy for working non-stop since before the Christmas holiday.
Just this past weekend (January 6, 2012-January 8, 2012), Jeremy alone, spent 38.5 hours onsite doing a Centricity upgrade for one of our major clients. On Friday (1/8/2012) He worked from 7:30 am until 4 am Saturday morning with only a 30 minute lunch break in between. Just thinking about it makes me tired. He has been working like a machine, and has been taking time away from his wife and five kids in order to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied. Honestly, we couldn't thank him enough for all the hard work and effort he has been putting forth in order to help us get all of tasks done in a timely manner.
Needless to say, we are keeping our techs busy, but busy is a good thing........
